The Isracard City on Ice journey begins at the entrance to an ice airplane, from where the views of Jerusalem sculpted in ice, can be viewed. You land directly into a magical world of ice that begins with the enchanted landscape of India, to its unique animals and one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj Mahal. Then on to the forests, caves, rivers, bridges and tunnels, and the breathtaking sites of China and Japan, through famous landmarks such as the Great Wall of China and the Pagoda in Japan.
On the way, there are Asian cultural symbols beautifully decorated with animals including the panda and the cheetah and other authentic characters. At the end of the journey, visitors arrive at a sushi bar completely made of ice.
The Isracard City on Ice festival is expanding and has grown to three massive structures that house the City on Ice exhibition, a hall for an acrobatics on ice how and an ice skating facility.
This year, the City on Ice celebrates the Far East, the World of Water and the World of Dinosaurs. New this year – the festival will include an exciting and experiential journey with 22 participating Chinese artists who are making a special trip to Israel to present acrobatics and rhythmic gymnastics on ice, for an exceptional show with magnificent costumes.
